Mithula PalanivelĀ is an illustrator with a degree in graphic design from Raffles Design Institute. She loves creating characters for children's books and has illustrated several Tamil picture books published in Australia and Singapore.Ā Peacocks Around Little IndiaĀ is her first English-language picture book.
